Grand Street Arts is an arts and events venue located in the San Pedro neighborhood of Los Angeles, a few blocks from the Waterfront. The space features Argentine-inspired decor that adds cultural character to any occasion. The Dance Studio is the central space of the venue — an open-plan room with wood floors, large wall mirrors, a ballet barre, and natural light from skylights and windows. It is suited for dance classes, workshops, rehearsals, fitness sessions, private parties, corporate meetings, and social gatherings. The studio can accommodate up to 60 guests standing, up to 50 for seated dining, and up to 40 in theater, boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped, or classroom configurations. A full bathroom and kitchen are available for guest use.
