With a reception open every day from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM (late arrivals are welcomed with an access code), an elevator, and two fully accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility, the hotel caters to a broad range of travelers and event organizers. The hotel features 36 air-conditioned and non-smoking rooms, grouped into several categories. Twenty-one double rooms are equipped with a double bed of either 160 cm or 180 cm, while seven twin rooms offer two single beds; all are fitted with a private bathroom (either a shower or a bathtub), flat-screen television, hairdryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The restaurant Les Mousquetaires, holder of the 'Restaurateurs de France' label, can seat 140 guests and serves lunch and dinner year-round. The chef exclusively uses fresh, local products to prepare iconic Gascon dishes: foie gras, duck confit, cassoulet, salmis, and croustade, complemented by wines from Madiran, Tariquet, Floc, and vintage Armagnac. An outdoor shaded terrace is open during warm weather. Each morning, a continental breakfast buffet (pastries, fresh fruit juices, cheeses, eggs, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate) is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM on weekends. Common areas on the ground floor include Bar Le Milady, a relaxation lounge with banquette seating and a library corner. For business meetings, a dedicated seminar room of 50 m² can host up to 20 participants and is equipped with a projector, a projection screen, and a flip chart. Two all-inclusive packages are offered: a residential seminar package starting from €110 per person (room, all meals with a glass of wine at dinner, equipped meeting room, two coffee breaks, and Wi-Fi) and a day study package from €45 per person (welcome coffee, equipped meeting room, lunch, two coffee breaks, and Wi-Fi). The hotel has extensive expertise in hosting group stays and tourist circuits throughout the Gers region. Just 20 meters across the street, the Castéra-Verduzan Thermal Centre offers spa treatments, hammam, sauna, access to the pool and gym, as well as medical cure programs and wellness packages: the hotel provides all-inclusive accommodation options for thermal clients.
