J'MCA

Located in the heart of a pretty Burgundian village, J'MCA is a small, family-run restaurant where Aline and Charles welcome guests in an agreeable and warm atmosphere. The kitchen presents two set menus, "J'MCA" and "C.L.V," alongside an à la carte selection that evolves with the seasons. Guests are asked to indicate allergies or special diets so the team can adapt, and gift vouchers valid one year are available with options based on the house menus; many menu prices are net with service included. A cosy dining room sits beside the church of St Christophe, is air-conditioned, modulable into two small rooms and holds 20–25 covers, allowing personalised service for family celebrations and group events with a village bistro feel. The cuisine follows traditional French cooking focused on homemade dishes prepared mainly from fresh, regional ingredients. The chef aims to surprise with travel-inspired flavours; the kitchen pays special attention to homemade ice creams and sorbets and offers vegetarian choices and a children’s menu. Signature dishes include Boudin noir façon J'MCA (tarte Tatin), Lieu noir rôti with sauce beurre à l’encre de seiche, Turbot with saffron sauce and risotto, Lapin cuisse mijotée à la vigneronne, Polenta à la burrata with curry sauce (vegetarian), Saint-Marcellin cromesquis and Pavlova.
