La Table de Mina

La Table de Mina, the gastronomic restaurant of Les Bergeries de Palombaggia in Porto-Vecchio, interprets Corsican traditions through a refined, terroir-driven lens. Named for the affectionate Corsican nickname "Mina", it offers authentic, generous and savoury cuisine that honours the island while applying contemporary creativity. The dining experience combines tradition and modern gastronomy, and the restaurant is Michelin Guide Selected. Built from local natural stone and set in luxuriant maquis, the dining room and terrace offer views over Palombaggia beach, the Cerbical Islands and towards Sardinia. The intimate, elegant setting blends local materials with sea and pine-covered landscape. The kitchen serves refined gastronomic cuisine rooted in Corsican terroir, presenting authentic, generous and creative plates that highlight sustainably sourced local seafood, meats raised with respect for the animal and seasonal produce from nearby suppliers. The menu balances traditional island flavours with contemporary refinement and presentation. Chef Sacha Veslin leads the kitchen, drawing on the richness and diversity of Corsican flora and fauna and a strong commitment to local producers. Specialties include sustainably caught seafood (dorade royale, tuna, grouper), Corsican pork and veal preparations, traditional charcuterie and cheeses, seasonal fruits, vegetables, local olive oils and breads, and a cellar of more than 50 wine references focused on Corsican appellations alongside French grands crus and Champagne cuvées.
