La Table de Tourrel

La Table de Tourrel sits in the heart of the Alpilles and embodies the Provençal art of living, emphasising conviviality, gourmandise and sunny regional flavours. It offers a modern (cuisine moderne) fine‑dining menu that invites guests to share a culinary narrative rooted in the local terroir. Michelin‑selected, the restaurant reopens for the season on 1 April and welcomes guests for an intimate, terroir‑driven tasting experience. Guests enter through a 17th‑century door and ascend a majestic staircase to an intimate first‑floor dining room, creating a convivial, close‑up atmosphere. The cooking is modern and Provençal; dishes are prepared in an open kitchen and built around produce from the hotel vegetable garden and from local fishermen and farmers. The kitchen is led by Chef Thomas Cavasin. Specialties include a Provençal tasting menu, Camargue fish from the restaurant's fisherman Mathieu, vegetable plates from the on‑site potager tended by Aurélien, courses that tell the stories of regular local farmers, and an extensive wine list of 1,400 labels focused on grands crus from the South of France, the Rhône Valley and Burgundy.
