La Table d'Hôtes is a neighbourhood restaurant in Ouistreham (Riva‑Bella), founded in 2012 and operating as an intimate "table d'hôtes" with a welcoming, domestic spirit; the team concentrates on friendly, attentive service and the establishment holds a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand distinction. The kitchen serves modern, creative French cooking that changes with the seasons, regularly updated to showcase fresh produce and local ingredients while combining products from the land and the sea and respecting regional culinary traditions; menus emphasize seasonal sourcing and meats are of French origin. Yoann Lavalley is the creative chef; he trained with Thierry Lefort, Gilles Blandin (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) and David Etchevery and worked in Honfleur at La Ferme Saint‑Siméon before taking the helm here. Specialties include foie gras de canard, turbot preparations, noix de Saint‑Jacques, langoustines and shellfish dishes, and joue de bœuf.
