The estate offers three lodgings located in immediate proximity, the largest of which will be dedicated to your seminar. With its 9 bedrooms, it serves as the main space, while the other two houses offer 4 and 3 bedrooms respectively. In total, there are 15 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 15 participants. Upon your arrival, the beds are made, and toiletries are provided for optimal comfort from day one.

In the heart of the Hauts-de-France region, in Aisne, this venue provides an enchanting setting for executive seminars. Just a few steps away, discover iconic sites such as the famous cathedral of Soissons, the calm banks of the Aisne, and the Donjon de Septmonts with its vast park, accessible on foot in just ten minutes. This bucolic environment is ideal for combining work and team-building activities, all within a soothing and inspiring atmosphere. Its proximity to Paris makes it a strategic choice, merging authenticity and ease of access.

Designed to meet the demands of professionals, the estate features a spacious meeting room, flooded with natural light and fully modular. It is equipped with high-performance audiovisual equipment, including a retractable screen, a video projector, and high-speed Wi-Fi access. Relaxation moments are also considered, thanks to carefully arranged outdoor spaces and gardens.

For catering, a fully equipped kitchen is available, but local caterers can also be contacted for tailored services. Finally, there is a large courtyard and a green space that allow for organizing activities with an external provider. A local team is available to meet your needs and make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

Half-Day Meeting

2. From 1 PM to 5 PM
3. Equipped kitchen available for your caterer — self-managed You are free to call on the caterer of your choice

Reservation possible only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

Seminar & Team Building Day

1. Private access to the ground floor of the large lodge — meeting room, lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen, game room with billiards, darts, foosball; terrace and barbecue area, 2 restrooms.(bedrooms on the ground floor not included, accommodation-free formula)
2. From 9 AM to 5 PM
3. Equipped kitchen available for your caterer — self-managed You are free to call on the caterer of your choice
4. 1 hour of laser tag for the group included by reservation.
5. End of day cleaning included

The Beverages

Beverages are not included in the packages and are not sold by the estate. You bring your own — the property is rented exclusively, you are at home there — or you order them from your caterer, who delivers them to you and bills you directly. Refrigerators, glassware, and back kitchen are at your disposal.

And for a residential seminar?

Do you wish to stay overnight? The estate can also be rented exclusively for a residential seminar of 2 days or more, with accommodation for up to 15 people. Request a personalized quote specifying your dates and your number of participants.
