Les Voiles d'Or

Les Voiles d'Or is a small, product-driven restaurant perched on the heights of Dieppe beside the Chapelle de Bonsecours. Chef Tristan places the product at the centre of the cuisine, offering a generous, seasonally changing style with a very short, flexible carte and two improvised menus that evolve with the daily market and catch and may change during service. All fish and shellfish are sourced exclusively from the local boats of Dieppe, Fécamp and Port-en-Bessin. The house earned its first Michelin star in 2012 and was awarded the title Maître Restaurateur in September 2015. Service is intimate and pared-back: a small team serves around 18 covers in a simple, taste-focused dining room offering views near the Chapelle de Bonsecours. Parking is nearby and the restaurant has disabled access. The cuisine is modern and product-focused, centred on Normandy fish and seafood; menus are short, seasonal and often improvised to the day's catch, with generous, straightforward preparations that highlight local ingredients and occasional surprises. Specialties include Sautéed langoustine tails (Queues de Langoustines Sautées), Terrine de foie gras de canard, Carpaccio and tartare of scallops, Oven-roasted John Dory (Saint Pierre rôti), Line-caught sea bass (Bar de ligne) and Honey-glazed boned pigeon (Pigeonneau laqué au miel).
