L’Estérel in Mulhouse has operated for over 19 years and is Selected in the Michelin Guide. The house combines tradition and modernity to produce delicate, generous plates, and the team places strong emphasis on sourcing, working with local producers and small domaines while aiming for balanced, flavourful dishes with refined presentations. The dining room is refined, minimalist and restful, arranged to encourage sharing and calm conversation; the pared-back design makes the plate the focal point. The cuisine is Mediterranean and seasonal, marrying authentic Provençal flavours with modern, creative associations. Menus evolve with the market and the kitchen composes dishes to reflect the seasonality of ingredients. Chef Régis Weber, Maître Restaurateur, formerly a chef at Les Trois Rois in Basel, leads the kitchen and applies his experience to authentic yet creative preparations. Specialties include Torche aux marrons (chestnut torche), Moelleux au chocolat (chocolate fondant), Provençal seasonal plates, homemade market-fresh preparations and curated regional wine pairings.
