Characterized by ornate exterior stonework, rich interior woodwork, large windows, and landscaped gardens with a shaded lawn and white gazebo, the venue accommodates a wide range of gatherings — from corporate retreats and multi-day conferences to workshops, weddings, and larger ticketed events. On-site lodging and a gym make it particularly well suited for residential and immersive multi-day programs. Bayes House is the main historic house and largest space on the property, accommodating up to 400 guests in theater or classroom configurations, up to 300 for standing receptions, up to 100 for boardroom or dining arrangements, and up to 60 in a cabaret layout. The house can sleep up to 30 guests on-site, and its surrounding gardens extend capacity to over 200 for outdoor gatherings. Aumann Hall is another substantial space, accommodating up to 50 guests seated and up to 100 standing. Its upper floor features a common area and 7 bedrooms, while the ground floor includes a large open-plan common space with a kitchen, making it well suited for parties, weekend conferences, and multi-day retreats. Eigenspace is suited for focused meetings, conferences, and workshops, accommodating up to 45 guests in theater or classroom configurations and up to 25 in U-shaped or cabaret arrangements. Darwin Den is a more intimate space accommodating up to 40 guests seated or standing, well suited for smaller breakout sessions, workshops, or private meetings. The front of the building includes 6 bedrooms and session spaces, while the back features 4 secluded bedrooms. Lighthaven offers flexible, case-by-case pricing and can arrange catering, event branding, and operational support as add-ons. External caterers are welcome at no buyout fee, and the venue holds an alcohol licence, with a wedding licence also available.
