L'Ortensia

L’Ortensia is a restaurant and small country estate in Saint-Gervais-sur-Mare, run since 2019 by Lise and Matthieu Vidal. The house emphasises respect for the guest, truth of the product and the sharing of simple pleasures as its guiding philosophy. It offers five comfortable guest rooms for overnight stays and serves a morning gourmand breakfast made from high-quality products. The site displays quality and environmental labels and positions itself to host private and professional events such as weddings, baptisms, family meals and seminars.
