Magnolia Ristorante, founded in 2003 by Alberto Faccani, is located at Villa Margherita in the hills of Longiano near Cesenatico. Housed in a historic 1930s villa surrounded by nature, it offers a refined setting for an immersive tasting experience. The restaurant focuses on cuisine that enhances high-quality seasonal and local raw materials through a blend of tradition, innovation, and creativity. Chef Alberto Faccani, an early member of Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, crafts a constantly evolving menu that balances pure flavors and harmonious pairings.
