MODEx Studio is a cinematic event space located in the Garden Hills neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. The venue merges the aesthetic of a film studio with the functional flexibility of an event space, making it a choice for creative professionals and forward-thinking brands. Its modular layout is supported by integrated lighting and media systems, with on-site production support available to help transform the space for a range of event concepts. The main event space accommodates up to 200 guests standing, 100 in a theatre configuration, 80 in a U-shaped or dining layout, 60 in a classroom setup, and 50 in a boardroom or cabaret arrangement. It is suited for creative events, corporate offsites, media productions, content shoots, pop-ups, brand activations, panels, and private celebrations. External catering is permitted with a buyout fee, and guests may bring their own alcohol subject to a corkage fee.
