Nacre

Nacre is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Arès on the Bassin d'Arcachon. Chef Adeline Lesage applies creativity, technical rigour and respect for producers to refined dishes. The house prioritises local sourcing and evolving menus, and holds a 140+ reference wine cellar and an in-house sommellerie. The team earned Maison Nacre's first Michelin star in 2024. The dining room is intimate, bathed in natural light and designed with natural materials and minimalist lines for a serene atmosphere. A planted terrace provides a light-filled outdoor setting; the décor favours eco-responsible materials and wooden furniture. Nacre serves contemporary French fine-dining focused on terroir and seasonal produce, presenting emotional plates that travel between land and sea. The kitchen offers carte blanche tasting menus in 5- and 7-course formats where technique, balance and precise finishing gestures are central. Marc‑Antoine Lepage (Chef/Owner) trained with Philippe Vétélé and at Mirazur under Mauro Colagreco, worked in luxury properties and island restaurants, and earned a Michelin star in 2021 at a previous posting. Menu 5 sens, Menu 7 sens, roasted scallops (Noix de Saint-Jacques) and Le Champignon, a chocolate-mushroom dessert.
