A Place to Arrive and Stay

We offer the perfect location for your multi-day team offsite or retreat near Berlin, including overnight accommodation (all rooms feature separate beds). Here, teams meet each other (and themselves), develop new ideas, and cultivate genuine connections. And if someone needs a break, they can simply jump into the lake.

Close to Berlin, Far from Everyday Life

Secluded yet easily accessible: You can reach us from Berlin in no more than 45 minutes by train. Just 20 minutes from BER Airport. Or by car: easy parking and a relaxed arrival.

Direct Lake Access at the Property

Right by the water, surrounded by forest and meadows, and, if desired, entirely for yourselves: Our spacious grounds with private lake access make it easy to let go and provide space for creative ideas and new perspectives for your team offsite or company retreat.

Work Meets Relaxation

Whether during focused work, creative brainstorming, breakout sessions, or simply to rest, chat, and have fun: Our rooms and grounds adapt to the needs of your team offsite.

Alongside several workshop spaces, our outdoor area offers plenty of room for good conversations, genuine connections, and restorative quiet. Those who need a break can find peace on the lawn, at the pier, or on a walk through the private little wood.

Flexible Catering: Cook Yourself or Have Us Cook

With our vegetarian full board, our talented chefs prepare 3 fresh meals a day for you. We focus not only on great taste but also on seasonal and regional products.

Would you prefer to cater for yourselves according to your own tastes? No problem. You decide what the right offering is for your team offsite or retreat.

With our pizza party, you can optionally add a fabulous DIY pizza experience with the team. We provide all the ingredients for you to top as you wish, and then into the 400-degree oven it goes.

Additional Offers

Panorama sauna, pizza party, canoe tours, campfire spot, yoga, flexible meeting rooms, and more. We offer various additional services that will make your offsite even more special. You decide what suits you, and we take care of the rest.
