Nostalgie is a newer spot in Lyon built around a menu that bridges Caucasian and Mediterranean cooking — a combination that doesn't show up on every corner. It's the kind of place that feels personal rather than formulaic. Lasagna is clearly where the kitchen puts its heart. There are three versions on the menu — a traditional beef lasagna with Bolognese, béchamel, and cheese; a truffle variation with beef, béchamel, and cheese; and a vegetarian option built around spinach, béchamel, and cheese. Each one is made in-house, and the range means there's something for most tables. The atmosphere leans warm and welcoming, with a service style described as efficient and genuinely friendly.
