Purple Kale

Purple Kale is a kitchen studio loft situated on the second floor of a renovated warehouse in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, close to Industry City and the waterfront. The space blends industrial character with a warmly designed, fully equipped kitchen environment. The Kitchenworks Studio Loft is a 17-by-40-foot studio featuring a wall of six-foot-tall windows that provide consistent, all-day natural light. Its professional-grade kitchen is stocked with tableware, heat sources, and a large table with chairs, though it is not commercially certified. The space is suited for food photo and video shoots, recipe development, cooking classes, pop-up dinners, work off-sites, celebrations, and intimate private gatherings. It accommodates up to 18 guests in a boardroom layout, up to 24 in a theater or classroom setup, up to 35 in a dining or cabaret arrangement, and up to 50 for cocktail-style events. In-house catering with an extensive vegan and gluten-free menu is available, and external catering is permitted. Guests may bring their own alcohol.
