Rockcraft Lodge is an elegant estate situated on the western shore of Sebago Lake in Maine, offering a blend of classic and romantic styles with sophisticated touches. The property spans ten acres with over 850 feet of lake frontage, featuring perennial gardens that are more than a century old. The lodge has been meticulously restored to preserve its early 20th-century charm while integrating modern comforts.

The main lodge and carriage house together provide over 8,000 square feet of space, including eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, accommodating up to 22 guests overnight. The interior boasts notable architectural features such as twin stone fireplaces in the great room, a grand staircase beneath an alabaster chandelier, and a gourmet kitchen that opens onto a stone patio with a fire pit. The large front porch and formal library offer inviting spaces to relax and enjoy views of the lake.

Outdoor amenities include a private beach, boat mooring, and a dock installed in 2015, ideal for boating and swimming. The expansive sloping lawn facing Sebago Lake is suitable for a variety of events, from intimate dinners to weddings and corporate gatherings, with a maximum capacity of 200 guests. The venue supports both indoor and outdoor event spaces, allowing flexibility for different types of celebrations.
