Sandy Creek Farms is located on a private 430-acre farm in Springville, Tennessee, offering a blend of rustic charm and modern design. The property features impeccably manicured rolling hills, landscaped grounds, and a variety of natural views including a 20-acre lake, pine forests, meadows, and gardens. This setting provides a tranquil and secluded environment bordered by the West Sandy Wildlife Management area, ensuring privacy for events.

The venue includes several indoor and outdoor spaces, such as a modern climate-controlled banquet room, rustic multi-level stables with balconies, a whimsical pine forest, an island ceremony site with a wooden bridge and stone fireplace, a greenhouse surrounded by citrus trees, and a covered patio at the Lakeview Cabin. These diverse spaces accommodate a range of event styles and sizes, from intimate elopements to larger receptions.

In addition to event spaces, Sandy Creek Farms offers seven overnight accommodations on the property, sleeping up to 30 guests. These include cottages, cabins, bungalows, and a loft, each designed with simple Louisiana-inspired touches.
