Skinste Creative Space LA is a creative venue situated in the San Pedro neighborhood of Los Angeles. The space has an urban character, defined by clean white walls, modern green columns, polished concrete floors, high black ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. The studio operates 24/7, making it a flexible option for a wide range of professional and creative uses. The Studio Space is a 3,000 sq ft open-concept floor accommodating up to 150 guests in a variety of configurations, including seated, standing, theater, boardroom, U-shaped, and classroom setups. The main floor features a large open area with high ceilings suited for runway shows, large gatherings, or retail pop-ups. A skylight section provides natural light, making it well suited for photography, intimate events, or spotlighting displays. Cozy side nooks offer private corners for VIPs, artists, or small breakout meetings, while a dedicated entrance and reception area supports guest check-ins and promotional setups. The space is suited for events, workshops, classes, arts exhibitions, pop-ups, content days, product launches, and retail showcases. External catering is permitted, and BYO alcohol is allowed for an additional fee.
