The Studio spans 418 square feet and accommodates up to 15 guests in a variety of configurations, including boardroom, U-shaped, classroom, and standing arrangements. It is suited for small dance classes, yoga sessions, massage, rehearsals, and small group meetings. The space includes a portable ballet barre and a Bluetooth-capable speaker system with auxiliary input. Guests are welcome to bring their own catering and alcohol. Music is permitted with noise restrictions after 10:00 PM.
