The North Carolina Arboretum

The North Carolina Arboretum is situated within the Bent Creek Experimental Forest, just south of Asheville, North Carolina, adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Established in 2009, this venue encompasses 434 acres of the Blue Ridge Mountains and 65 acres of cultivated gardens, offering a diverse botanical setting that highlights the region's natural beauty and cultural heritage. The Arboretum is recognized for its eco-conscious approach and elegant garden party style, making it a distinctive location for a variety of events.

The venue features a range of indoor and outdoor spaces, including eight picturesque locations suitable for weddings and social events, as well as four indoor meeting rooms equipped with audio/visual technology. The gardens are wheelchair accessible and include landscaped grounds, meadows, and forested areas, providing scenic mountain and garden views. Notable features include wooden pavilions, a stone fireplace, and a veranda overlooking the Plants of Promise Garden.

Event packages include tables, chairs, and directional signage, with free admission and parking for guests. Wedding clients receive a complimentary one-year household membership to the Arboretum. The venue supports a variety of celebrations such as corporate events, retreats, product launches, and creative workshops, offering flexibility in catering and alcohol services within designated guidelines.
