Vista is the signature restaurant of Lily of the Valley, perched above the Mediterranean and open to the horizon. It serves as the hotel's beating heart. The Bar du Vista complements table service with house creations, revisited classics, exceptional spirits and wines selected by sommeliers, and serves coffee, cocktails and fresh juices throughout the day. The restaurant programmes monthly menus that follow the seasons and presents themed dinners ranging from autumnal produce creations to events around white Alba truffle. Vista is recognised for refined French service. The dining room is flooded with natural light from morning until evening and displays clean lines and an elegantly relaxed atmosphere. Sea-facing tables sit alongside cosy seating by the fireplace, and summer evenings are enjoyed in shaded outdoor areas. An elegant yet relaxed dress code. The cuisine is seasonal Mediterranean with Provençal accents. It is sunny and colorful and combines products of the local terroir with classic French gastronomic preparations.
