The partner's word

Acqua Pazza, established in 1989 by Gino Pesce and Patrizia Ronca, is a distinguished seafood restaurant on the island of Ponza, Italy. It earned a Michelin star in 2006 for its classic cuisine centered on fresh fish and seafood. Since relocating in 2020, it occupies a dramatic four-level venue on Via Dietro la Chiesa, overlooking the sea with panoramic views. The premises include a cocktail bar and a bed & breakfast named Casa Pesce. The restaurant maintains a refined yet informal ambiance, with bright interiors that open onto a terrace welcoming the sea breeze. Each terraced floor combines comfort and elegance, enhancing the dining experience against the backdrop of the island’s coastal scenery. Acqua Pazza’s cuisine highlights local catch and island ingredients, prepared with light cooking methods and refined raw presentations. The menu balances tradition with innovation and sustainability, featuring specialties such as carpaccio of dentex with seaweed and sea urchins, grilled cuttlefish with zucchini alla scapece, and fusilloni with salted butter and tuna bottarga. The dedicated staff ensures attentive service in a warm atmosphere embodying Ponza’s spirit.
