Goya Gallery, established in 1950 as Bar Goya in Valence, Spain, has a rich historical and cultural significance, notably as the birthplace of the Valencia Cinema Exhibition and a creative haven for filmmakers such as Bernardo Bertolucci during his work on The Last Emperor. The restaurant closed in 2010 but was revitalized in 2015 by Marce and Fernando, who introduced a modern service style while preserving the venue’s traditional Valencian roots.
