The venue collaborates with market gardeners, bakers, winemakers, livestock farmers, fruit growers, fish farmers, truffle growers, farmers, ceramicists, cutlers, carpenters and wood‑turners. The cooking is modern and refined, closely tied to Lorraine terroir, with a focus on local, responsible sourcing and seasonal products. Quentin Pierre is the chef and develops a cuisine that aims to reveal incomparable regional flavours; La Mangeoire has been recognised by the Michelin Guide (Selected), and press notes that he entered the Guide less than two years after opening.
