Le Mont-à-Gourmet

Le Mont-à-Gourmet is a family-run "Maison Gourmande" established in 2002; in late 2015 Arnaud Hamoline took over the restaurant from his father, Alain Hamoline. Arnaud entrusted the kitchen to his friend, a talented young chef, and the house promotes an evening of indulgent dining. The restaurant has been featured by The Belgian Lifestyle, Gault & Millau and Joëlle Rochette, underscoring its regional gastronomic reputation. Extensive renovations were completed in February 2016, and the venue presents an intimate, renovated dining room and a dedicated bar area with a warm, convivial atmosphere. Seating is arranged across at least two spaces, on the ground floor and the upper floor. The kitchen serves modern, gastronomic cuisine with an emphasis on high-quality preparations presented through a selection of different menus. Chef Nicolas Tournay trained at L’Essentiel à Temploux, Le Prieuré Saint Géry and Le Gré du Vent, has received press recognition and was named 1st Cook of Belgium 2020 by the Club Prosper Montagné. Specialties include an asparagus dish, the signature La Gourmette and a curated selection of champagnes.
