Mad Dogs and Englishmen, founded in 1991 by Wilton Morley and Colonel Rick Craig, is a British-inspired gastropub presenting "the best of Britain" to South Tampa. It references Morley’s theatrical family—father Robert Morley and grandmother Dame Gladys Cooper—and notes a Mayfair connection through grandfather Herbert Buckmaster, founder of Bucks Club. Part of Oxford Commons Hospitality Company, it embraces "Excellence, Eccentricity and Empire" and is Selected by the Michelin Guide. Brandon O'Donnell serves as General Manager.
