Park Restaurant

Park Restaurant is the hotel restaurant of Parkhotel Bremen. The venue is affiliated with the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and is listed as SELECTED by the Michelin Guide. Front-of-house is managed by Taeke Halbersma. Located within Parkhotel Bremen, the restaurant invites guests to a considered, regionally rooted yet internationally influenced dining journey. A bright, spacious winter garden dining room provides panoramic views over Bremen’s Bürgerpark. Purple chairs punctuate a calm, hotel-restaurant ambience that is ideal for relaxed dinners. The setting forms an integral part of the dining experience. The kitchen focuses on fine regional (local) cuisine inspired by Mediterranean flavours.
