The partner's word

Ristorante Tubladel is situated in Ortisei, at the core of Val Gardena, Italy. Its interior reflects the Alto Adige mountain style with warm wooden finishes, creating a cozy environment enhanced by a spacious terrace that offers a tranquil natural backdrop. Chef Gerardo Spinelli leads the kitchen, crafting a menu rooted in local tradition while reviving lesser-known flavors. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, he combines classic cooking techniques with creative innovation to produce authentic regional dishes, including expertly grilled meats. The wine cellar holds a curated array of prestigious national and international selections, featuring fruity whites, structured reds, and refined sparkling wines frequently available by the glass. The restaurant suits romantic dinners, special celebrations, and corporate events, blending a warm, elegant atmosphere with attentive hospitality managed by Jennifer, who ensures a welcoming experience. Gerardo Spinelli, having trained and later taken ownership of the venue, has developed it into a refined culinary destination in the Dolomites and South Tyrol region.
