Vinophil is a modern, regionally inspired restaurant in Gaggenau‑Ottenau that pairs contemporary cuisine with a curated wine programme led by its sommelier. Operated by Bruno E. Craveiro, Vinophil is regionally selected by Michelin and presents special events and wine evenings with paired menus. It offers catering and overnight packages in partnership with a neighbouring hotel for private and corporate events. The house unites modern, locally rooted cooking, an in‑house sommelier‑led selection and a commitment to seasonal, supplier‑based sourcing. The barrier‑free venue comprises an intimate indoor dining room and a vinothek atmosphere, plus an outdoor terrace for seasonal service. The hosts bring years of hospitality experience, and a small, experienced team runs attentive service. The kitchen produces seasonal menus updated every four to six weeks and emphasises high quality through the almost exclusive use of ingredients from local suppliers the team has worked with for years. Specialties include hand‑cut beef tartare „Asiatisch“, Flusskrebscocktail with mango and papaya, Iberico cutlet with baked polenta, tuna with miso‑ramen and soba noodles, and a cheese selection from Affineur Maison Kober.
