In 2025, he received another Michelin star for his project at Vinha Boutique Hotel in Vila Nova de Gaia. Born in 1976 in Lisbon, Henrique Sá Pessoa cultivated his passion for cooking during a US exchange program and further trained at the Cordon Bleu Institute.
