One Pico presents an informal, relaxed atmosphere in what the restaurant describes as one of Dublin’s most beautiful dining rooms, with service that is formal yet engaging. The Polo Room private dining space provides a more secluded, elegant setting with its own private bar and entrance and accommodates groups in a dedicated event space that combines the restaurant’s cooking, wine and service.
The kitchen modernises classically based French dishes with a seasonal Irish focus, emphasising precise sauces and rigorous technical execution.
