The Cordelle

Located in downtown Nashville’s historic Rutledge Hill, The Cordelle is an event space that blends historical architecture with modern design elements. The venue occupies a restored Victorian home built in the 1880s, one of the original historic homes of Nashville, offering a distinctive setting that bridges past and present.

The Cordelle features a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces including The Victorian home, The Great Hall with its open truss ceiling and expansive windows overlooking the garden, The Covered Patio, and a shaded Garden area beneath a century-old tree. These varied spaces provide flexible options for events, allowing guests to enjoy natural light and landscaped grounds in an urban environment.

The venue’s interior design incorporates mid-century modern, Scandinavian, and vintage styles, highlighted by hardwood floors crafted by Good Wood Nashville and custom artisan features such as two floating bars and barn doors by Holler Design. The furnished Loft serves as a private suite with lounge, dining area, wet bar, and balcony, ideal for bridal parties or hosts to prepare and relax.
