La Bastide Bruno Oger is located in Le Cannet, on the French Riviera, just 10 minutes from La Croisette in Cannes, within a wooded estate of 5,000 m². Housed in a restored 18th-century Provençal bastide, the establishment has been renovated with the help of an architect affiliated with the French Buildings Mission and two professional interior decorators, preserving its historical soul while incorporating contemporary comforts. The estate features two distinct dining spaces: La Villa Archange, which boasts two Michelin stars, and the Bistrot des Anges, awarded a Bib Gourmand, both led by chef Bruno Oger and his team. The atmosphere evokes a warm and refined private home surrounded by greenery, with elegant rooms and an interior courtyard lined with trees that offers tranquility away from the nearby city centre. The cuisine oscillates between high gastronomy and bistronomic style, focusing on delicate, imaginative, and refined dishes anchored in seasonality and local produce. Sustainable practices are integrated, including organic sourcing, waste sorting, and composting green waste for a local organic farmer. Bruno Oger, originally from Morbihan, trained under Georges Blanc and earned two Michelin stars at La Villa Archange within ten months of its opening in 2009. His culinary approach emphasizes seasonal French gastronomy, revisiting traditional homemade dishes and carefully pairing food with wine. La Bastide operates with a dedicated team of 35 professionals and offers modular spaces for private and corporate events, with options to privatise part or the entire estate.
