There are five rentable spaces that can be booked individually or in combination. Officina 5, a 68 m² room on the ground floor overlooking the North Court, accommodates 45 people in a theatre layout or 50 standing. Stanza 15 is an intimate 30 m² room on the first floor, ideal for small working groups of up to 20 participants. The South Wing, also on the first floor, spans 90 m² across three interconnected rooms and can host 20 people in a theatre configuration or 50 standing. The star of the ground floor is the North Court, a 250 m² courtyard facing north, open to the sky, accommodating up to 100 people in theatre setup or 150 for a standing reception. On the first floor, the Event Area is the largest enclosed space, with 360 m², comprising five internal rooms including a gallery and a hall with stunning exposed roof trusses; it can host 80 people in theatre layout and 120 for cocktails. Catering is exclusively managed by the in-house bar and restaurant, Un Posto a Milano, whose cozy dining areas also serve as additional spaces for receptions and celebrations.
