Déroulé de l’animation :
- Brief par le chef : 10 minutes
- Démonstration de la recette (truffes au chocolat et pâte sablée) : 20 minutes
- Réalisation en équipe : personnalisation des mignardises (truffes et sablés) : 40 minutes
- Remise des créations : chaque participant repart avec un ballotin de truffes et de sablés : 10 minutes
