La Porte Bellon is an independent hotel and restaurant located in the royal town of Senlis, managed by the Bataille couple. Jean Bataille is in charge of the kitchen while Céline oversees the reception. Since acquiring the establishment in May 2010, they have cultivated a charming venue based on their experience in renowned Parisian restaurants such as Le Grand Vefour, Les Trois Marches, and Le Meurice. The venue occupies a former 15th-century inn, preserving historical features such as stone walls, aged woodwork, a shaded garden, and a vaulted cellar dating from the 13th century.
