At ZenEvents, we design and deliver corporate wellness retreats, bespoke away days, and on-site experiences tailored to your organisation’s people.

About the Lead Facilitator - Matthew Jones
After training as a meditation and breathwork instructor in Bali and living with Zen Buddhist monks in France, Matthew founded ZenEvents, facilitating corporate wellness retreats across the world.
He formally received the Five Mindfulness Trainings at a Buddhist monastery, where he was trained by monks in the Zen tradition of mindfulness.
Since then, Matthew has led private luxury wellness retreats for multinational organisations, coached hundreds of individuals in mindfulness and wellbeing, and spoken on mindfulness at conferences across the United Kingdom.
With the support of the ZenEvents team, Matthew continues to host wellness retreats across the world, specialising in the United Kingdom, Ibiza, and wider Europe.
