Arts District Event Space and Studio

Arts District Event Space and Studio is a loft venue located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The space features concrete pillars, white walls, large windows that flood the interior with natural light, and a distinctive wicker swing, creating an industrial-chic atmosphere. The Whole Space spans approximately 1,600 sq ft (roughly 149 m²) and accommodates up to 60 guests standing. It supports a variety of configurations including dining, theater, boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped, and classroom layouts, making it suitable for a wide range of events such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, and dinner parties. The venue includes a full working kitchen and a dance floor. Guests may bring their own food, beverages including alcohol, and music or a DJ, subject to a noise restriction after midnight. The venue is situated directly above Cha Cha Cha restaurant and Wurstkuche, with additional dining options nearby.
