Covenant Gardens LLC is an outdoor event destination located in Pecan Acres, Texas, just outside the DFW metroplex. The property is set among towering oak, pecan, and elm trees, offering a serene countryside environment suited for a range of occasions including weddings, parties, photography sessions, video productions, and team building events. The Party Silo is the centerpiece of the property — a 30-foot diameter circular outdoor space situated beneath a canopy of massive oak trees and strung with Edison bulb lighting. It accommodates up to 150 standing guests or 100 seated, making it well-suited for dining, dancing, and social gatherings. Every booking includes 10 large picnic tables, Edison bulb string lights, an arbor, yard games, board and bale seating, and 24 flameless candles, allowing hosts flexibility in how they decorate the space. Also on the property is the Barndominium, an approximately 800 square foot cabin featuring rustic décor and elegant antiques. It includes a full-size refrigerator for storing prepared foods, flowers, and beverages, and serves as a preparation area for bridal parties or production talent. On-site accommodation is available at the property. All events are conducted under a separate Event Venue Rental Agreement.
