DTLA Studio

DTLA Studio is a 30,000-square-foot industrial production facility located in Downtown Los Angeles. Housed in a vast open warehouse, the venue combines raw industrial character with functional flexibility, suited for both creative productions and large-scale events. Its urban setting and distinctive cinematic atmosphere — featuring a tall wall of bookshelves, a red vintage sofa, string lights, and a greenscreen — give the space a recognizable visual identity. The Studio is the venue's single primary space, an expansive open warehouse floor accommodating up to 1,000 guests. It supports a wide range of configurations including theatre, classroom, cabaret, boardroom, U-shaped, dining, and standing arrangements. With ground-floor access and bay doors designed for easy load-in, the space is well-suited for film shoots, video productions, photo sessions, rehearsals, casting calls, and large-scale events. Additional production support is available for hire, including lighting and grip equipment packages, a scissor lift and operator, teleprompter, and crew options. Audio and video equipment can also be added for an extra fee.
