The Kennigo Social House is the venue's signature event space, converted from the original heritage home. It features original hardwood floors, red brick walls, timber doors with stained glass, and natural lighting, creating a distinctive atmosphere for events. It accommodates up to 80 guests standing or 30 in a boardroom configuration.

The Courtyard is an outdoor-style space equipped with an exclusive bar and festoon lighting. It is well suited to social gatherings such as baby showers, bridal showers, private dinners, and pre-function drinks, with capacity for up to 45 standing or 26 in a boardroom layout.

The Boardroom is a sleek, naturally lit space designed for smaller professional meetings, accommodating up to 8 delegates. It is complemented by an adjoining Private Terrace, which can be used for break-out sessions and catering set-up.

The Meeting Room is a versatile space accommodating up to 14 delegates in a boardroom configuration. It is suitable for private dinners, lectures, and corporate events, and features natural lighting and sliding windows.
