New Work Business Center – Oman Avenues Mall

New Work Business Center at Oman Avenues Mall is a modern co-working and meeting venue located on the first floor of one of Muscat's most prominent shopping destinations, along Sultan Qaboos Street in Al Ghubrah. Part of the New Work Group brand, the center offers a professional and contemporary setting tailored to corporate meetings and focused business gatherings, with a clean modern aesthetic throughout.

The venue provides in-house catering and beverage services, with a fusion cuisine offering to support attendees during meetings and events.

Four dedicated boardrooms are available to accommodate groups of varying sizes. The main Boardroom seats up to 10 guests in a boardroom arrangement and can also host cocktail-style gatherings for the same number. Boardroom 2 accommodates up to 8 guests in both boardroom and cocktail configurations. Boardrooms 3 and 4 each seat up to 4 guests, making them well suited for smaller executive meetings or breakout sessions. Combined, the venue can host a maximum of 10 guests at any one time.

On the technical side, the center is equipped with high-speed internet access, sound systems, and a selection of microphones including wireless, handheld, and lapel options. LED displays and video walls support presentations and visual content, while ambient lighting with uplighting and color-changing LEDs allows for a tailored atmosphere. Seating and furniture options include folding, banquet, and theatre-style chairs, round, rectangular, and cocktail tables, as well as lounge furniture such as sofas, ottomans, and coffee tables.
