Restaurant Enye in Osaka takes its name from the Spanish letter Ñ, reflecting Chef Hirotomo Sunada’s gratitude to Spain, where he developed his culinary expertise. The restaurant presents a contemporary Spanish dining experience through a seasonal 15-course tasting menu, Menú Degustación, which evolves monthly to showcase current flavors and local seasonal produce. Chef Sunada draws on his extensive background in Michelin-starred Spanish kitchens, including La Broche, De Vinis, La Terraza del Casino, and Restaurante Akelare.
