Event Suite 1 spans 38 square meters and accommodates up to 39 guests for cocktail receptions, 37 in theater style, and up to 17 in classroom format. For smaller, more intimate meetings, the Emerald Boardroom seats up to 14 participants. Additional boardrooms — Aquamarine and Sapphire — are also available within the venue.

On the technical side, Gravita is well-equipped for professional events. The venue provides high-speed internet access, wireless and handheld microphones, lapel microphones, sound systems, and LED displays and video walls. Ambient lighting with uplighting and color-changing LEDs allows for customizable event atmospheres. The space also offers flexible furniture and seating arrangements — including folding, banquet, and theater-style chairs, round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and lounge furniture such as sofas, ottomans, and coffee tables — along with portable walls to reconfigure the space as needed.

Gravita is supported by a dedicated security team and is equipped with CCTV in common areas and outside the property, alongside 24-hour security.
