Meeting Room Galileo is the larger of the two available spaces, accommodating up to 12 guests in a boardroom configuration or standing. It is well suited for executive meetings, presentations, and collaborative work sessions. Meeting Room Copernicus is a more compact private meeting room accommodating up to 8 people in a boardroom layout or standing, making it a practical choice for small team meetings, client presentations, and conference calls. Both rooms are available on an hourly basis, Monday through Friday. External catering is permitted, giving guests the flexibility to bring in food and beverages for their events.
