Stage lighting encompasses spotlights, floodlights and gobo projectors, complemented by special effects and visual enhancements. Portable stages, podiums and lecterns support presentations and ceremonies, while a full inventory of seating and furniture — including folding, banquet and theatre-style chairs, round, rectangular and cocktail tables, as well as lounge furniture — ensures each space can be configured to suit any occasion. Linens, tablecloths and portable walls are also available for decor and space division. A dedicated security team and medical support are on hand to ensure guest safety throughout events.

From Kuwait International Airport (KWI), the hotel is accessible by car or taxi in approximately 30 minutes. Exit the airport via Road 50, join the 6th Ring Road towards Messilah, then turn right onto Road 30 at Messilah. Take the Abu Halifa (Box Hill College) exit, continue straight to the end of the road, make a U-turn, and take the first right to arrive at the hotel.
For public transport, take the X1 bus from the airport — boarding opposite Al Fahaheel Al Wataniya School — and alight at the Abu Halifa Kindergarten bus stop in Mahboula. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from this stop.
