Shubham Halls

Shubham Halls is an event venue located in the East Murphy neighborhood of Sunnyvale, California. With a contemporary aesthetic and flexible layout options, it accommodates a wide range of occasions, from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings, cultural celebrations, and private social gatherings. The venue offers in-house catering with halal, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and Indian cuisine options, and also permits external catering. An alcohol licence is held until midnight, with extensions available. The Grand Hall is the venue's largest space — a ballroom featuring an illuminated LED dance floor, blue accent lighting, and a versatile interior configurable for mandap, buffet, dance, or corporate seating. It accommodates up to 400 guests standing or up to 300 for seated dining, and is suited for weddings, large receptions, milestone celebrations, holiday parties, and major corporate events. The Courtyard Hall is a mid-sized private event space accommodating up to 120 guests in a variety of configurations, including standing, dining, theatre, boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped, and classroom layouts. Its open floor plan adapts to a range of themes and is well suited for receptions, corporate meetings, and social events. The Pavilion Hall is the venue's most intimate space, accommodating up to 60 guests in configurations including seated dining, theatre, boardroom, cabaret, U-shaped, and classroom layouts. It is suited for smaller gatherings such as birthdays, baby showers, engagements, family lunches, cultural events, and private dining occasions.
