TheaterLab is a multi-space theatre facility located in Manhattan's Garment District, offering privately bookable rehearsal and performance spaces suited to artists, theatre companies, and creative producers. All spaces are available for hourly hire seven days a week. The Theater is the flagship space, accommodating up to 60 standing guests. It features a glossy white Marley floor suited for dance and performance, a professional lighting system with an ETC Element light board, an integrated sound system, two ceiling-mounted digital projectors, and a 12' W x 9' H wall-mounted projection screen. Seven movable walls on wheels allow for flexible configurations, and a private 6' x 6' dressing room with mirrors and foldable tables is included. The Atelier is a second rehearsal studio accommodating up to 45 guests. It features south-facing windows with natural daylight, adjustable LED and dimmable house lighting, a light board, a PA system, and a range of furniture including tables, folding chairs, stools, music stands, a coat rack, and lockers. The Gallery is the most intimate of the three spaces, accommodating up to 25 standing guests. It offers south-facing windows, dimmable track lighting, a built-in sound system, a portable projector, and four white rehearsal cubes. White chairs, stools, and music stands are available upon request. All three spaces are privately bookable and suitable for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, presentations, and small-scale productions.
